Print Ads

Visual Brakes
We aim for stopping power. In a world where the competition for attention is coming at you at break-neck speed, design has to make your customers want to stop and take a closer look.

Ad Copy

A Way with Words
Ad copy should tie in with the visual, give the reader a reason to read on, and stimulate the response you want. Whether it’s strictly the facts, the appeal of a deal, the latest techno-hype, or pure style, we’ll find the right words to hit your bull’s eye.

  • Octasound/KDM Print Ad
We knew that the "448,000 Sq Ft" headline would grab the attention of audio system installers reading this ad. Combining this with the arresting image of the BMX Nationals being held inside the building made for a very successful ad.
  • ALine Acoustics Print Ad
Knowing we had well-informed technical readers for this ad, we decided to give them plenty of detail to get their teeth into. A key addition was the excerpt from a very favourable trade review.
  • North American Decal Print Ad
This ad was placed in a magazine read by truck fleet managers. The product was truck graphics but we knew that the memory of spotting a cop in traffic would be much more likely to get them to stop flipping pages and read the ad than pictures of graphics on a truck.
  • Nimbus Graphics Print Ad
Nimbus has a an extremely wide range of products to cover so we opted for thumbnail images of products from each product group. Point form copy kept it simple and the visual ties in strongly with the website we built for them.
  • West Village Communications Print Ad
This ad was directed at communications personnel working in a University setting. They're often faced with having to get a wide variety of projects done with a small budget and tight time lines.

At this point, I no longer shop the market as I believe I have already found a winning combination in price, design, delivery and finished product. Why would I go anywhere else?
